Website was easy to navigate. Between the website and the recommendation of a friend I called them for an issue I was having. I caught them on a vacation which I did not mind as it was a very nice message for the answering machine informing me they where on vacation and when they would be back as well as when calls would be returned. My call was promptly returned on the said date and was a very friendly and informative conversation. I scheduled an appointment, for as soon as I could. Ed came out and called 15 mins prior to arrival, as I was told he would. He was very knowledgeable of my issues. As well as giving me recommendations as to what needed to be fixed as well as some suggestions of things to prevent a similar problem in the future. If I owned the home I would have had him back out as soon as I received the quote. Pricing was fair and I know the job will be done right. As of now I am renting so I am having to wait on approval from the landlord. I will however have no issue recommending ENK to any person I know needing electrical work done in the future. Thanks again I look forward to working with you again soon.
